Hall hire

The Centre is available for private and community hire.

Our maximum capacity is 120 people and we can accommodate up to 70 guests seated at tables.

The large hall can be used as a single open space or partitioned into two sections if required.  There are plenty of chairs and folding tables and the overall space in the hall means the it can be used flexibly for a variety of events and functions. The Centre is ideal for parties, family occasions, meetings, social clubs, craft activities and community events.

Hirers have full use of the well equipped catering standard kitchen. This includes a large six ring gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher, hot water boiler and ample food preparation surfaces.  All of our kitchen and serving equipment is available for use.

The Fairfield Centre is Wi-Fi connected and this is available for the duration of the hire.

We have a device compatible PA speaker system that may be made available.

Our private outside space is gated and fully enclosed. The garden area is ideal for outdoor activities and functions.

Rate

The hourly rate for the hire of the Fairfield Centre is £15.00 per hour.

We make no charge for reasonable access to the Centre beforehand to set up or following an event to clear up afterwards.

Deposit

Our deposit requirement is 50% of the total hire fee unless otherwise agreed with the Centre Manager.

Deposits for hire are returnable if the hirer gives more than 2 calendar weeks notice of cancellation.

Deposits for hire are not returnable if the hirer gives 2 calendar weeks or less notice of cancellation of a booking.
